Take 90W or 90E to exit 51W (Rt.33W) toward Buffalo.
From Rt. 33W take Rt.198 Turn right at Parkside Ave. Turn right at the fourth stoplight onto Amherst St. Planned Parenthood is located on the corner of Amherst and Main St., at 2697 Main

From 400:
Take 400 toward Buffalo to 90 E, then follow above directions.

From I-190:
Take I-190E to I-198. From I-198 follow the Main St. exit Planned Parenthood is located on the corner of Main St. and Amherst at 2697 Main St.

From I-290:
Take I-290W to the first Main St. exit. Planned Parenthood is located at corner of Main St. and Amherst at 2697 Main St.

From 490:
Take 490 to 90W, and then follow above I-90W directions.

From I-90W or 400 Expressway:
Take 90W to Rt.400 Expressway, toward East Aurora. Exit at Seneca St. Turn left at the light onto Seneca St. At the next light stay to your left, and proceed onto Center Rd. Planned Parenthood is located on the left-hand side in the Wimbledon Plaza, at 240 Center Rd.

From I-90E:
Take 90E to the Ridge Road East exit (exit 55). Turn right onto Ridge Rd. Turn left onto Seneca St. Turn right onto Lind Ave. Turn right onto Center Rd. Planned Parenthood is located in the Wimbledon Plaza, at 240 Center Rd.

From the I-290:
Take the I-290 E to the I-990.
Take the I-990 until it ends.
Turn left onto Millersport.
Turn left on Transit Rd (Rt. 78).
Turn right on to Walnut.
Turn Left on to Pine.
Make a quick left onto Heritage Court.

From the I-90:
Take the I-90 towards Buffalo.
Merge into the I-190 N via exit 53 towards downtown Buffalo/Niagara Falls.
Pay a .75 toll.
Follow the I-190 N for 22 miles.

From the I-290:
Take the I-290 W to the I-190 N towards Grand Island/Niagara Falls.
Follow directions below for the I-190.

From the I-190:
Take the I-190 N.
Take exit 22. Turn left on US-62/Niagara Falls Blvd.
Stay straight on US-62A/Pine Ave.
Turn right on Portage.
Planned Parenthood is located in the Haeberle Plaza on your left.

From I-290:
Take the I-290 to Exit 2/Colvin Blvd.
Turn right onto Colvin Blvd/425 N/Twin City Hwy.
Follow 425 N.
Turn left on Fillmore Ave.
Turn left on Fremont St.
Turn right on Youngs St.
Turn right to stay on Youngs St.
Turn right on Main St. Main St becomes Webster Street.
